Subway Surfers for Android

Looking for a Subway Surfers APK download for Android? Here is version 3.70.3 of one of the most downloaded arcade games ever made. Released by Kiloo in 2012, it has passed one billion downloads and still holds a 4.6 out of 5 rating on Google Play. GNVID offers the original game as a free APK file.

Subway Surfers APK Download for Android: How the Game Plays

You play as Jake, a young graffiti artist who gets caught on the subway tracks and has to flee from the grumpy inspector and his dog together with his friends.

The controls are pure swipes: left and right to switch tracks, up to jump, down to roll under barriers. Speeding trains, fences and obstacles keep coming, and one slow reaction is all it takes for the inspector to catch up.

Along the way you grab coins to buy upgrades and make runs easier, plus keys and special items. Because the track never ends, every run becomes a new attempt at beating your high score.

Characters, Content and the World Tour

A big reason the game is still popular after so many years is its steady stream of updates. Most of them move the World Tour to a new city, and players have already raced through places like Los Angeles, São Paulo, Paris, Monaco, Venice, Peru and London, each with its own look.

You can pick from a range of characters and unlock outfits and skins for them. Power-ups such as the jetpack and hoverboard help you survive longer, and upgrading them boosts your score and their duration.

Daily and weekly missions hand out rewards, while leaderboards let you compete with friends. Everything comes wrapped in bright cartoon visuals, smooth animation and an energetic soundtrack.
