Death Park story and gameplay

You lose your way home in the middle of the night and stumble into an amusement park that has been closed and off-limits for years. Inside stands an old circus whose clown, years ago, turned into a disfigured killer who hunts people, especially children. That is why the park was shut down.

The villain draws inspiration from Pennywise, the clown from the IT films, but here you are not watching from the couch: you are the one trapped. Curiosity pulls you into places you should avoid, and the clown soon notices you and starts patrolling the park to find you.

The game rests on two pillars. First, find clues and solve the puzzles the clown has set up to slow your escape. Second, hide. The clown reacts to sound, so when he gets close you need to take cover and stay completely still.

Your search for an exit takes you through tunnels, an abandoned hospital, the amusement park itself and derelict buildings. Hidden items and clues in each area reveal the park’s secrets and open new paths.
