The world has fallen to a zombie outbreak that pushed humanity to the edge of extinction. You play as one of the few survivors left, and your goal is simple: stay alive.

Your first job is building a shelter to protect yourself and store supplies. From there you venture into dangerous areas to collect wood, metal, food and medicine. Zombies are not your only enemy — hostile humans roam the wasteland, and the scarcity of resources is one of the toughest challenges in the game.

A realistic needs system tracks hunger, thirst, sickness and fatigue, so every scavenging trip needs planning.
