EMERGENCY HQ for Android

Looking for a simulator that rewards quick thinking? This EMERGENCY HQ APK download for Android gets you the second entry in the EMERGENCY series from German studio Promotion Software GmbH. The game is free to play with optional in-app purchases, has passed 10 million downloads, and holds a 4.6 out of 5 rating from more than 100,000 reviews.

EMERGENCY HQ gameplay: running the city’s emergency center

You take charge of a city’s emergency headquarters, and your job is simple to state but hard to master: keep the citizens safe. Every time a report comes in, you pick the right team and send it to the scene as fast as possible.

You manage 4 different emergency services, including the fire brigade, alongside doctors, paramedics, engineers, police officers and rescue crews. Specialized vehicles such as ambulances, fire engines, police cars and helicopters are at your disposal.

The core idea is easy to pick up, but strategy decides everything once multiple calls pile up at once. Unlike map-based games such as 911 Operator, EMERGENCY HQ shows each incident in detailed, realistic 3D scenes, giving it a very different feel.

Missions, base building and online play

Missions cover fires, traffic accidents, rescue operations and explosions, backed by story missions and daily challenges with varied scenarios.

A standout feature is the base-building layer. You construct a dedicated building for each emergency unit, such as a fire station, hospital and police station, plus training facilities that let you upgrade your crews and equipment for faster, more effective responses.

The online side lets you compete with players worldwide on global leaderboards or form an alliance and join group operations. Cloud saving keeps your progress synced across devices.

Requirements and installing the XAPK file

EMERGENCY HQ requires Android 10 or newer and a constant internet connection, so it does not work offline. It is rated for ages 10 and up.

The latest version, 2.12.1, comes as an XAPK file of about 2259 MB, so make sure you have enough free storage. Because the game is heavy, it is not recommended for low-end or mid-range devices.

To install, get an XAPK installer app, open the game file with it and follow the prompts. Once installation finishes, launch the game, sign in and start taking calls.
