Landlord Tycoon APK download for Android: what the game is about

Landlord Tycoon blends simulation, tycoon gameplay and idle clicker elements. You play an ambitious investor buying important, real-world properties across the globe, then multiplying your capital by managing and reselling them.

Unlike most idle and tycoon titles, which are single-player offline games, this one is fully online. Players from around the world share the same market, and the experience feels close to classic Monopoly, only played on a real map built from GPS data.

You start with $50,000, and what you do first is down to your judgment and business sense. Early deals are tough and choices are limited, but as your wealth grows you can own dozens of properties and climb from millionaire to billionaire and even trillionaire.

Content and key activities

You can buy buildings and land, both commercial and residential, and collect steady passive income from them. You can also buy shares in real locations to raise the value of your portfolio and upgrade properties for long-term profit.

Beyond that, you compete economically with other players in the property market, complete business missions for valuable rewards, and take part in economic events and daily challenges for extra income. The pace is relaxed, built on gradual progress and strategic investment, all on an interactive geographic map of real city locations.

Requirements and installing the XAPK file

GNVID offers the original game, version 4.21.0. It requires Android 7.1 or newer, the file is about 176 MB, and it is rated 3+ for all ages.

An internet connection is required at all times, since the game relies on online play and its live map; it cannot be played offline.

The file comes as an XAPK, so you will need an XAPK installer app. Download the file, open it with the installer, follow the steps, then launch the game and make your first property deal.
