Need a quick, silly way to release some stress? This Kick the Buddy: Second Kick APK download for Android gets you the latest version, 1.14.1529, free as an XAPK file. The game comes from Playgendary Limited, the studio behind Perfect Snipe, Hitmasters and Escape Masters.

Kick the Buddy: Second Kick APK download for Android and gameplay

Second Kick is part of the Kick The Buddy series, and like the other entries it has no story and no traditional levels. You get Buddy, a ragdoll-style toy, and complete freedom to punch, throw, blow up and prank him with whatever tools you unlock.

This entry is a rebuilt, remastered version of the original, with improved graphics, gameplay and overall elements, while the core idea stays the same. Its main strength is dynamic, physics-based gameplay: Buddy reacts to every hit with natural, believable motion.

The violence is obvious, but the cartoon art and fantasy style keep things comedic, and the developer pitches it as a stress reliever. The game holds a 4.5 out of 5 rating on Google Play and quickly became a popular arcade title after launch.

Weapons, tools and content

The arsenal is wide: guns, grenades, saws, rockets and even animals. Tools are sorted into Classic, Explosive, Fantasy, Biological and Sci-Fi categories.

• Unlock and upgrade new tools as you progress.
• Customize Buddy with outfits and decorative items.
• Sound design with Buddy’s screams, impact effects and comedic music.
• Funny reactive animations for every action.

The interface is simple and easy to pick up, the game suits short sessions, and regular updates add new tools, items and performance improvements.

Requirements and installing the XAPK

You need Android 7.0 or newer, and the download is 231 MB. The game works offline, so no internet connection is required to play.

The file is an XAPK, so you will need an XAPK installer: download the file, open it with the installer, wait for the data to finish copying, then launch the game.

Note that the game is rated 14+ and is not recommended for younger children, since this kind of game affects kids differently than adults.
