Sonic Dash for Android

Looking for a fast, colorful runner? This Sonic Dash APK download for Android page gives you the latest original version of SEGA’s hit game as a free XAPK file. You play as Sonic, the world’s fastest hedgehog, and the goal is simple: run as far as you can. Best of all, it works without an internet connection.

About Sonic Dash and How It Plays

Sonic Dash is an endless runner. Sonic sprints forward automatically while you steer him between lanes and dodge obstacles and enemies along the way.

Controls rely on simple swipes: swipe up to jump and spin over hazards, swipe left or right to switch lanes, and attack to clear enemies in your path. Gold rings scattered on the track are collected to unlock new characters and items.

The game features cartoon-style 3D graphics, bright colors and eye-catching effects across varied environments. It holds a 4.4 out of 5 rating on Google Play and has been downloaded more than 100 million times.

Characters, Zones and Special Events

Sonic isn’t alone. You can also run as fan favorites Tails, Knuckles, Shadow and Amy, and upgrade each character to unlock new abilities and push your distance further.

Tracks are inspired by classic stages such as Green Hill Zone and Sky Sanctuary, and special routes pit you against famous bosses like Dr. Eggman and Zazz.

• Collect rings, character cards and special items as you run.
• Limited events such as Sonic Movie 3, with daily items and new characters.
• Offline play with saved progress.

The game is free to play, with optional in-app purchases to remove ads and get special items. Its quick pace and easy controls suit both kids and adults.

Requirements and Installing the XAPK File

The available version is 10.5.1 and requires Android 7.1 or higher. The download is about 352 MB, so make sure you have enough free storage first.

Sonic Dash comes as an XAPK, a package that bundles the APK with its extra data files. You’ll need an XAPK installer app: open the file with it, follow the prompts until installation finishes, then launch the game and start running.
