Rise of Castles story and gameplay

Your homeland has been invaded and left in ruins by foreign raiders. As its new ruler, your job is to turn the wreckage into a powerful empire.

You start by restoring and upgrading your castle, then train an army of infantry, cavalry, siege machines and even legendary dragons. Ancient powers let you command these beasts and bring them into battle.

The catch is that players all over the world share the same goal. You will need to attack rivals, defend your territory and climb step by step toward greatness.

Modes and content

Players gather on a shared server, where you can form alliances and fight large-scale national wars. You will also face the forces of darkness and invaders from the Eastern Dynasty.

A diplomacy system lets you decide how to deal with others: ally, trade or raid. You can recruit legendary heroes with special skills that grow stronger as you upgrade them.

Story missions and seasonal events offer exclusive rewards, while a global leaderboard and competitive ranking keep the pressure on. Realistic graphics bring the battlefields and fortresses to life. The game holds a 4.2 out of 5 rating on Google Play from hundreds of thousands of downloads, and it is free to play with optional in-app purchases.

Requirements and installing the XAPK file

You need a device running Android 6.0 or newer. The download is around 1490 MB, so make sure you have enough free storage first.

The game comes as an XAPK, a package that bundles the APK with the game data, so you will need an XAPK installer app. Open the downloaded file with the installer and follow the prompts to finish.

Rise of Castles is an online-only game and requires a stable internet connection to play; it cannot be played offline.
