Property Brothers Home Design APK download for Android: how the game plays

The brothers have decided to make a living by renovating houses, and they need your help. You don’t need design skills: you solve match puzzles, earn coins, and spend them to unlock decorative items and furniture.

Those unlocks let you turn tired rooms into polished, luxurious spaces. The further you push through the puzzles, the more decor options open up.

Storm8 Studios is also behind other puzzle-match titles such as Home Design Makeover and Frozen Frenzy Mania, and that experience shows in how smoothly this one plays.

Modes and content

There are hundreds of puzzles to solve, along with several game modes to keep things varied. Renovation projects cover different parts of the house, including kitchens, bathrooms, balconies and more.

Beyond decorating, a charming storyline takes you back to the brothers’ childhood and reveals more about them as you progress. The visuals look good for the game’s size, and the lively sound design adds to the fun.

On Google Play the game has passed 500,000 downloads and holds a 4.6 out of 5 rating.

Requirements and installing the XAPK

You’ll need Android 7.0 or higher and about 237 MB of free space for the download.

The file is an XAPK, which bundles the APK with the game’s extra data, so you need an XAPK installer to set it up:

• Download the game file from GNVID.
• Install an XAPK installer app if you don’t already have one.
• Open the file with the installer and follow the steps.
• Launch the game and play, even without an internet connection.
