As the image suggests, Pako Highway takes place on highways. The storyline and general gameplay remain the same as in previous installments. You play as a driver being pursued by the police, forced to venture onto urban highways to try and outrun them. From the start, you drive a car that moves automatically, viewed from the rear. In Pako Highway, you can neither accelerate nor brake; your main objective is to overtake other vehicles while avoiding police attacks. Pako Highway is a score and record game. You must avoid collisions with other vehicles within the time limit (indicated in the image) and weave between them by making turns. To get a better score and unlock bonuses, try to turn as close as possible to other cars. If you manage to overtake a few cars this way, you will be invulnerable to impacts for a few seconds and you won’t lose if you collide with other vehicles. In contrast, in normal mode, any collision is fatal. The points and money earned during these chases allow you to buy, upgrade, customize, and repaint different cars. Pako Highway retains the characteristic pixel art graphics of previous installments and offers a unique and captivating atmosphere, making the game particularly appealing and thrilling.
