What is Last Empire – War Z: Strategy?

Humanity has fallen and waves of zombies are flooding the streets. Your job is to keep the last survivors alive and claim the world. This page offers the Last Empire – War Z APK download for Android, latest version 1.0.439 as a free XAPK file, a multiplayer strategy game from IM30.

Last Empire – War Z APK download for Android: story and gameplay

You take command of a group of survivors and must defend them against relentless zombie attacks. The undead are not the only threat: other players are spread across the globe, and a strong rival can strike at any moment to raid your resources.

The game plays as real-time strategy. You build and upgrade a military base to hold off attacks, and recruit commanders and special units, each with unique abilities. In a distinctive twist, you can even turn a zombie army against your human enemies.

This world needs one leader and no more. Can you prove you are the one to start a new era for humanity?

Modes, content and alliances

Battles take place on a world map with limited resources, mixing PvP clashes against real players with PvE fights against the undead. Surviving alone is hard, so you can form alliances with players worldwide for group assaults and shared defense.

A trade and diplomacy system between alliances helps manage resources and territory, while seasonal and global events such as World Boss, Halloween and special challenges keep things fresh.

The visuals use a fantasy style with dark, post-apocalyptic environments, and the simple, responsive touch controls let you carry out tactics quickly. The game has around 50 million downloads on Google Play with a 4.1 out of 5 rating.

Requirements and installing the XAPK file

You need a device running Android 6.0 or newer. The file is about 625 MB, so make sure you have enough free storage.

The download is an XAPK, which bundles the game with its data, so you will need an XAPK installer app to install it properly. Open the file with the installer and wait for the process to finish.

Note that the game requires a constant internet connection, as it is fully online and cannot be played offline.
