What is Extra Lives (Zombie Survival Sim)?

Looking for a zombie game that lets you do almost anything? This page offers the Extra Lives APK download for Android, the latest version 1.170.64 of MDickie’s quirky survival sim. It is free, the file is a lightweight APK, and you can play it completely offline.

About Extra Lives and how it plays

Extra Lives (Zombie Survival Sim) mixes adventure, action and survival simulation. You are dropped into a large world overrun by zombies, where other survivors and warring factions compete for what little is left. The question is simple: how long can you last?

Combat is completely free-form. Fight with your fists, melee weapons or firearms, or grab whatever is lying around, from clubs and fire extinguishers to chickens. You can also jump into cars or onto bikes to run zombies down or escape while you complete missions.

Survival goes beyond fighting. Hunger, sleep, injuries and illness all need managing, so every choice carries weight and the world feels more grounded.

Characters, factions and content

The game offers a wide cast of playable characters, each with different skills and backgrounds, and you can also build your own custom character with a chosen look, name and traits.

The map spans more than 50 explorable areas, including hospitals, prisons, forests and military bases. You can build or seize a shelter to rest and store your items.

Interaction is at the heart of Extra Lives. Talk to other characters, form alliances, betray them or rescue them. Factions hold opposing ideologies and their relationships shift over time, while the non-linear story leads to different endings depending on your decisions.

Visually it features MDickie’s signature 2D style, backed by simple but effective sound that builds tension. On Google Play it holds a 4.5 out of 5 rating with more than 500,000 downloads.

Requirements and installing the APK

You need a device running Android 7.0 or higher. The download is only about 54 MB, and the game is rated 16+.

The file is a standard APK, so no extra installer is required. Download it, allow installation from unknown sources in your device settings, then open the file to install.
