Call of Dragons APK download for Android: how the game plays

The story unfolds in the legendary land of Tamaris. You start with a modest city and grow your territory through exploration and conquest, with every battle ultimately feeding your expansion across the map.

The standout feature is real-time combat. Sending your strongest units is not enough; you decide how and when to strike and must react quickly. Terrain matters too: mountains, plains and rivers on the map can give you the upper hand if you use them wisely.

You begin by picking a race to start with, and later you can recruit units from other races to build a well-rounded army. Each unit has its own skills that improve as you progress.

Content and modes: dragons, heroes and alliances

Tamaris is home to giant creatures that will resist you at first, but once defeated they can be tamed and added to your forces. You can also summon and command legendary dragons in both air and ground battles.

Heroes are central to your success. Each army is led by heroes with unique abilities who can often turn the tide of a fight. Alliances complete the experience, letting you team up with other players for group attacks, joint defense and battles against powerful monsters.

There are also daily missions, strategic challenges, global events and competitive seasons with special rewards, all presented in fantasy 3D graphics with varied environments. The game has passed millions of downloads worldwide and holds a 4.1 out of 5 user rating.

Requirements and installing the XAPK file

The available version is 1.0.54.18, the file is about 1820 MB, and it requires Android 12.1 or later. Call of Dragons is online only, so it cannot be played offline and needs a stable connection.

The download is an XAPK file, which bundles the APK with the game’s extra data, so you need an XAPK installer app. Open the file with the installer, allow installs from unknown sources if prompted, wait for the process to finish and launch the game. Keep free storage well above the file size to avoid installation errors.
