Bomb Chicken was initially released exclusively on Nintendo Switch in 2018, then a year later on PC, Mac, and PlayStation 4. Following its success, Nitrome developed an Xbox One version. On April 1, 2020, a remastered version was released for Android and iOS mobile operating systems. Today, Bomb Chicken is available on almost all platforms and consoles, including Android. As soon as it was released on Google Play, we decided to offer it to our players as well.

Bomb Chicken tells a simple, humorous, and, of course, epic story. A chick suddenly hatches and finds himself in a fast-food factory famous for its blue sauces and fried chicken. Our hero has acquired a strange power due to bizarre mutations: he can lay bombs instead of ordinary eggs! He decides to escape the factory before ending up like the other chickens and roosters and to get revenge on those who turn chickens into food! You can move this cute and plump chicken by swiping your finger left or right. To place a bomb, you must touch the chicken and move away quickly, otherwise it will be destroyed by the explosion. Bombs can be used to eliminate enemies or clear a path. But that’s not all! This chicken can’t jump normally and often has to climb platforms. To do this, you must place bombs and stack them like bricks to reach the desired height. You can even fire the bombs in any direction so they hurtle towards enemies at top speed and explode on impact! This game draws inspiration from classic 90s arcade and platformers, particularly the cult classic and groundbreaking Bomberman series, and its design reflects this. The graphics are pixelated, typical of retro games. However, Bomb Chicken’s fluidity and responsiveness will provide a captivating experience. Interestingly, Bomb Chicken won the hearts of many players upon its release, earning a perfect 5/5 rating!
