Bio Inc. Redemption for Android

Looking for a simulation game with a twist? This Bio Inc. Redemption APK download for Android gives you the latest version, 0.80.515, of DryGin Studios’ life-or-death medical sim. GNVID offers the original game as an XAPK file, and it runs without an internet connection.

Bio Inc. Redemption APK download for Android: how the game plays

Bio Inc. Redemption: Plague vs Doctor Simulator drops you inside a patient’s body and asks one question each time you start: life or death. Pick Life and your job is to diagnose and treat the patient until they are fully healthy. Pick Death and you become a lethal disease working to finish them off.

Everything you do costs Bio Points. In the Death campaign you earn them by collecting bacteria; in the Life campaign you collect blood cells. Both appear at random in the patient’s body. The opening stretch can feel slow while you build up enough points, but once things get rolling the game becomes genuinely gripping, helped by an AI that pushes back hard on either side.

At the start you can also choose a male or female patient. It does not change gameplay much, but each choice unlocks gender-specific diseases.

Modes and content: diseases, risk factors and lifestyle

The Death campaign offers a wide range of diseases across categories such as blood, respiratory, digestive, nervous, muscular and skeletal. Some of them require an underlying condition first; for example, you need to give the patient a stroke before you can trigger seizures.

You can also spend Bio Points on Risk Factors, unhealthy habits that weaken the body. Smoking, for instance, worsens respiratory illness and speeds up the end.

The Life campaign mirrors this. When your patient falls ill, you run tests, read the symptoms to identify the disease, and move quickly through treatment. Bio Points also unlock Lifestyle habits, such as exercise, which can greatly boost the patient’s health and help them recover faster.

Requirements and installing the XAPK file

The game needs Android 7.0 or later, and the download is about 187 MB. No internet connection is required to play.

The file comes as an XAPK, so you will need an XAPK installer app. Download the file, open it with the installer, let it finish copying the game data, then launch and play for free.
