You take the role of a commander in an ancient world split between rival kingdoms that never manage to keep the peace. You start alone with a single hero, and your job is to turn that small beginning into a massive army.

The core idea is simple: move your hero around a fairly large map and touch soldiers to recruit them. Grey soldiers are neutral and belong to no army, which makes them the easiest targets. Once they join you, they switch to your team color, red by default, and follow your orders.

The more of the map you explore and the more neutral troops you gather, the better your odds in the fights ahead.

Battles, Rivals and Upgrades

Your real challenge is the enemy armies doing exactly the same thing, recruiting soldiers and growing across the map. You need to wipe them out before they become a serious threat.

The standout twist is that whichever team defeats the last soldier of an opposing team can revive that entire fallen army and add it to its own ranks. Every attack is a gamble: win and your force swells, lose and your troops end up serving someone else.
